Shanghai Yu-Life Toastmasters Club Meetings #374

This is the first meeting after the long holiday break. Many members applied for prepared speeches, so we arrange this meeting as a speech marathon.

TMD@Peter uses his charming voice and patient style to control the pace of the whole meeting.

Five prepared speeches include two Ice Breakers, two level one speeches, and one advanced speech. It shows that new members are more passionate to pratice. We should support their enthusiasm.

Many Individual Evaluators are very experienced members from sister-brother clubs. Their evaluation in one hand gives the speakers proper encouragement, and in the other hand helps the speaker to identify the most useful area to improve. Good job!

We also hold an important new member ceremony in the middle of the meeting. @Winnie and @Grace are two ravishing ladies who recently start their Toastmasters journey. We sincerely wish they get more than expected in Yu-Life club.

The evaluation team today are very innovative. Some of the reports are of very high quality, and give very constructive suggestions.
