Shanghai Yu-Life Toastmasters Club Meetings #389

This is the first meeting after the Spring Festival. Members and guests are eager to meet each other.

Today's meeting was wonderful.

I'm not only impressed by some club members' huge improvement but also touched by new guests' courage.

The meeting was started with an interesting warm-up dance. After that, no one ever mentioned the cold weather of today.

Lisa as TTM also inspired me that she is seizing every chance to practice her presentation. She did well today!

Today I see student from junior high school, senior people with passion & great altitude to enjoy the meeting together with the professional elite also the foreign friend who is pursuing new life journey in Shanghai stay together to warm up the house of meeting today.

One thing to add is Lisa 1st time to fulfill the role of TTM guided us through the fantastic memory of Spring festival, strongly recommend to take the same role next time to practice make perfect.

Every time I join the meeting, I always think Yu-Life Club is a big family. Although we come from different corners in this world. But we have a same dream in our hearts. We met from each other in Yu life. Because we wanna be the best of ourselves.

Moved by Fire, speak good English, full of engery, although 76-year old, these will stimulate our young generation who should keep learning. It is never too late to learn.

Thanks to @Jim from CAAS club for his sharp and encouraging Table Topics evaluation.He is always able to find the right words for the right person.

Thanks to PQA@Semy for her standard individual evaluation for our member@Coco's prepared speech. Her passion in helping our club has been inspirational.

This first meeting really scored an impressive initial success.

Last but not least let's give our sincere thanks to all the guests, whether coming in regularly or swooping in by chance today.
