Shanghai Yu-Life Toastmasters Club Meetings #444

Today is the last day of Wenzhou 2023 D85 conference, and our club's regular meeting goes as normal.

What is normal is that we have altogether 7 attendees (4 members) on the hot Sunday morning. We just have enough people for all the roles.

The meeting is perfect, and following all the process of a standard Toastmasters' meeting.

SAA@xws does the welcome words facing many empty seats with the passion as people who come matter.

Our President@Joker uses his galaxy-star-panet-society metepho to illustrate the history and relationshio between Toastmasters International and Yu-Life club.

TMD@Tom bravely takes the TMD role for his first time on the stage. His performance is great: well-prepared scripts, vivid introduction of the people, and smart connectiong between sessions. He even manages to use the word of today many time. Keep going, Tom.

Timer@Carol has the meeting role withouo preparation - because she is assigned the role immediately after entering the meeting venue. While, she has done an outstanding job as she always does: clear voice, big smile, and careful notes.

Sharing Master@Maggie brings a beautifully designed content in helping us learning the importance of self-promotion, and leads the practice of overcome the obstacles in doing so infront of people in a safe environment. we need more such sharing which gives the audience valuable thoughts.
