Shanghai Yu-Life Toastmasters Club Meetings #465

It seems winter is coming because it is very cold this Sunday morning. I see people wearing coats already. While in our club, the room is full of warm people. Some have to stand!

Our SAA@Alex brings a true and false game which connects the audience together. The meeting is ready.

Our president@Henry introduces Toastmasters and Yu-Life club from a personal story. He interacts with the audience using different questions. People will know more about the history of our club.

OUr TMD@Lanlan uses her soft skills to invite the GE to the stage. Her handle of the meeting is very mature - no hurry.

TTM@Vikki once again starts the Table Topics session with creativity. Under the topic fruitful Journey, she brings a bag of various fruits. The speakers pick one of the fruits and give an impromptu speech. They can keep the fruit as well. Great plan. A younger boy - Ryder - takes the truiphy.

Carol is the TTE. She has her own style - it is so natural that Carol always integrates some personal thoughts and stories in the evaluation. Sometimes her evaluation will just hit the right spot and encourage the speakers to think more about future. Great job.

For next session, Lanlan invites our N4 area director@Lesile to hold our new officer election. This time we have real competition in almost every officer role. Lesile is experienced anchor of the election. Our members are giving spectecular speeches during the voting session. At last, we have our new officer team of 2024-01 to 2024-06 term: new officers

Last but not least, Lisa as the GE leads the TAG team giving their excellent evaluation of the meeting.

Timer@Alex: a much better time keep and dare to ring the bell no matter who is on the stage

Ah-Couter@:Jason: I really like his interview part with another young boy to show how an Ah-Counter can make the meeting more interesting.

Grammarian@Selina: bravely takes the in the last minute, and brings a spectacular word of today.

The meeting ends just in time and people are still talking after the group photo. I am looking forward to a bright future of this old club.
