Shanghai Yu-Life Toastmasters Other Meetings

Team Building Summary:

Our club planned a team building event this time. Club Treasurer@Julie made the arrangement not only to entertain, but also to educate.

I was late. When I arrived at Shangshufang, the sharing master @Mao was already ready to start.

Mr. Mao is a very experienced moderator in his interesting session. He prepared very well. The content for sure can help our club to be a better club and help the members understand each other more. These are exactly the purpose of team building.

Apart from relationship building, Mr. Mao also facilitated a brain storm session for profile our club.

We have reached the following understanding of our club.

advantages:

1. Location and time are comfortable

2. English speeches are attractive

3. The relaxed atmosphere are favorable

4. The passionate club officers are necessary

disadvantages:

1. The meeting pace is loose

2. lack of super stars

3. club and member promotion not enough

We finally made a plan to improve theWe finally made a plan to improve the meeting photograph part as a means to improve club promotion. @Johnny volunteered to be the chief club photographer. He will be in charge of assigning persons to make photos during our merting. Big thanks to @Johnny. Bit by bit we will make our club better.

After lunch, the god@Wu Zhong launched the session of Werewolf （狼人杀）. I had played one or two games in the past but never got the fun like it today.

Wu Zhong's explanation made the game meaningful and interesting. All players were like movie stars in the game. I never expected this, and were totally amazed by their performance. Trust me, you don't want to miss our next session that will come soon.
