The LEAD project 2024-2025 is kicked off by D85 LEAD project team with off-line meeting LEAD opening.

First Mentor Meeting - 2024-08-26

Meeting with Ms. Cynthia XU, DTM at Shanghai, we had a pleasant talk during a casual dinner. Ms. XU acknowledged the project vision and gave insightful advice on team building, training planning, sharing between clubs. She nominated a few famous speech trainers in Toastmasters Shanghai, such as WANG Jiajun. Her experience in how to build a strong club officers and how to push these leaders to bigger stage is very much appreciated. She also told her stories about difficult times for the club, and won support from other clubs and team is very critical during these times. We promised to communicate often.

First on-line team training - 2024-08-31

LEAD team organized an on-line training for team members in order to learn how to achieve your vision.

In the training, 2015-2016 Toastmasters International President JIM COCOCKI, DTM will deliver a keynote speech.

Second Assignment

The second assignment is to do self-assessment of leadership according to page 14 to page 16 of HPL Manual.

Third off-line team training - 2024-10-19

LEAD team organized an off-line training for team members in order to learn how to set and achieve your goals.

In the training, 2024-2025 D85 District advisor Ronaldo HUANG, DTM will deliver a workshop.

During the training, we also have a debate in Chinese about "冲突对团队有利吗？ " I take the role of pros team as first-position player.

Third Assignment

The third assignment is to set goals and make plans for my lead project. I have done that following Ronaldo's presentation.
